Payment Methods
The provider accepts the following payment methods:

Cash on Delivery (payment in cash upon receipt of goods): The order must be paid in cash to the delivery personnel upon receiving the package. The package will be delivered by the GSL shipping service, and no redemption fee will be charged.

PayPal (online payment via the website www.paypal.com): After confirming your payment method, you will be redirected to the www.paypal.com server, where you should follow their instructions. Once the payment is fully processed, your order will be shipped via mail.

Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa): To ensure maximum security for your payments, online transactions made with your credit card are processed through a Secure Server with Verisign certification, using the SSL protection system. This system encrypts the information entered, making it impossible for it to be intercepted.

Purchase
First, select the product you wish to purchase, then press the "Add to Cart" button. On the top right of the cart, you will see the quantity and total amount of the products ordered. To remove or reduce the quantity of a specific product, press the "Cart" button, select the desired number for the product quantity, or press the "Trash" icon to delete the product. The checkout process begins by pressing the "Buy" button. The online store will guide you through the following stages:

Step 4 – Order Summary and Confirmation: After submitting your order, you will receive an order summary at your email address. Customers can always access information about the status and content of their order on the supplier’s website. The purchase contract for the ordered products between the customer and the supplier is concluded at this stage. By clicking "Confirm Order," you acknowledge that you have read and accept the general terms and conditions published on the supplier's website. The purchase contract in Slovenian is available to the customer at any time by clicking on the "Terms and Conditions" link at the bottom of the webpage.
Promotions
Discounts cannot be combined.
Discount codes can be applied to products on promotion.
It is not possible to use multiple codes simultaneously.
Order Cancellation
Due to the dynamic nature of our work and fast shipping, order cancellations are possible within 3 (three) hours of receiving the order.
“Satisfaction or Your Money Back” Guarantee
All products come with a "Satisfaction or Your Money Back" guarantee. If an item does not meet your expectations, it can be returned WITHIN 14 DAYS from the date of receipt, in its original packaging, following the procedure indicated for a refund.
The “Satisfaction or Your Money Back” guarantee extends to 14 days compared to the usual 10 days for distance sales. The guarantee applies to all products except for software and items customized at the customer's request, for which the right of withdrawal is also excluded (Art. 5, paragraph 3, letter c, Legislative Decree 185/99). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Return of Damaged Shipments
If the package is physically damaged, missing contents, or shows signs of tampering, the customer must file a complaint with the nearest GLS office. To do so, bring the package to the nearest office in the same condition as received (without adding or removing anything) and fill out a complaint form. In collaboration with the GLS office, we will ensure that the complaint is resolved as quickly as possible.
Warranty
Products are under warranty if indicated on the warranty card or invoice. The warranty is valid following the instructions on the warranty and upon presentation of the invoice. Warranty periods are listed on the warranty card or invoice. Warranty information is also available on the product presentation page. If warranty information is absent, the product is not under warranty, or the data is currently unknown. In this case, the customer can contact the supplier, who will provide updated information. By law, the manufacturer must provide the customer with a warranty for the proper functioning of the purchased goods. The customer can request the warranty directly from the manufacturer or the authorized service center. The customer can request the warranty with the warranty card and the seller's invoice. The manufacturer must provide warranty service within 45 days of receiving the goods or replace the product with another equivalent and intact product. The customer can also request the warranty from the supplier, but in this case, the same conditions apply as in the previous paragraph. The return of goods under warranty must be done according to the conditions established by the manufacturer on the warranty card. The customer is not required to bear the return costs.
WARRANTY EXTENSION:
- Technical products: Warranty extended from 1 year to 2 years
- Other products: Warranty extended from 0 years to 1 year
The extended warranty does not apply:
- When the product is used incorrectly
- Normal wear and tear of the product
- Validity of the extended warranty: From the day after the original manufacturer’s warranty expires.
Data Protection
We know that the protection of personal data of our visitors and users of our online store is a top priority. Therefore, we guarantee 100% security and protection of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA-1). By registering online, the user agrees that personal information will be stored and used exclusively for the fulfillment of the order. The user is responsible for protecting personal data by ensuring the security of their username and password.
Material Defects
When does a material defect occur? When:
- The item lacks the characteristics necessary for its normal use or traffic
- The item lacks the characteristics necessary for a specific purpose for which the consumer is purchasing it, but the seller was aware or should have been aware of it
- It lacks characteristics that were expressly or implicitly agreed upon or prescribed
- The seller delivers an item that does not match the sample or model, unless the sample or model was shown for informational purposes only.

By comparing it with another flawless item of the same type, as well as the manufacturer's statements or instructions on the item itself.
How to File a Complaint for a Material Defect?
The customer must notify us in writing of the material defect with a precise description of it within the time prescribed by law and allow for the inspection of the item. The company is responsible for defects that appear within two years of the date of receipt of the goods. The right to file a complaint for a material defect is specifically governed by the Consumer Protection Act.
Newsletter Subscription
The supplier can send newsletters if the customer explicitly agrees to it. Consent is considered to be the subscription to our newsletter through the online store, the checked box "Subscribe to the newsletter" (news on the page, new offers, promotional campaigns) during registration, or a subscription request through other communication channels.
Disclaimer
The supplier commits to using its best efforts to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the data published on its pages. However, product features, delivery, or price changes may occur so quickly that the supplier is unable to correct the information on the web pages. In this case, the customer will be informed of the changes and will be allowed to withdraw from the contract or replace the ordered product.
Complaints and Disputes
The supplier adheres to the current consumer protection legislation. The supplier is committed to establishing an effective complaint handling system. The supplier will confirm receipt of the complaint within five working days, inform the customer of how long it will take to process it, and keep them informed of the procedure. The supplier is aware that the essential characteristic of consumer disputes, at least in terms of judicial resolution, is the asymmetry between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred to resolve the dispute. This is also a significant obstacle for consumers in initiating a legal procedure. Therefore, the supplier commits to resolving any disputes amicably.
